"Subijoy's persistence with demand for some check on mathura oil refinery, finally thanks to media support and informational backup, reports and all, UP's chief principal secretary on Friday, ordered immediate stoppage of effluents by the refinery into the yamuna. The waste water according to the order will have to be re used, re cycled, supplied to farmers after treatment. but it can not be released into the river."
